Monday, April 30, 2012 - 2009 Burgundy Dinner with Robert Panzer (Boka - Chicago IL): Open 5 hours before serving. Lush and intense black fruit aromas with a good floral component. Big, dense black fruit on palate with lots of supporting structure.
