Thursday, January 17, 2013 - Notes from day 2.
Dark red to purple in color.
Nose of blackberry, peat, iodine, spice.
Palate of blackberry, peat, pine, iodine, black tea, spice.
The finish was above average in length with a nice mouthfeel.
Overall the wine was nice with really reall good acidity, just missing a little acidity at this point.
Drink or hold: 50+5+12+17+7
