Tuesday, September 5, 2023 - Old mature burgundy. Acquired taste. Lots of complexity here to like - darker - some bricking - weighty - earthiness and mineral notes. Sipping wine that goes well with cheese / should pair well with meats. For a Bourgogne this has more to offer than expected.
