Old mature burgundy. Acquired taste. Lots of complexity here to like - darker - some bricking - weighty - earthiness and mineral notes. Sipping wine that goes well with cheese / should pair well with meats. For a Bourgogne this has more to offer than expected.

Wine is already past its prime, very acidic and bland , taste like tea. Drinking it the next day is actually a lot better as it opens up fully.

Le Vineur Tasting (Winefield's, Amsterdam, NL): Tasting, brief note. Still fresh, but is losing its fruit. Spicy, hint of the banyard, very good for age and AOC.
