Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Light green / yellow, the nose is fairly ripe with hints of pineapple, apricot and citrus high notes, it's also showing some signs of development in quite an attractive way. There's still a decent amount of acidity in the mouth and more of the slightly tropical ripe flavours before it finishes clean, long and with a bit of mealiness
