Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Rich penetrating aromas of kirsch liqueur , sous bois, Asian spice, floral notes, some black tea and a subtle hint of white pepper, all of which carry through to the palate, which, tonight, is much softer and rounder than it was two years ago when I last tasted this wine. The finish was abit clipped today and leaving me wishing for more. But all in all, this was quite nice and in a very good place after a couple of hours of double decanting.
