Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Medium garnet with ripe strawberry nose. Tart berry & cherry fruit, a bit too fruity the first couple nights for my tastes. Developing a more austere profile with some time, sour cherry with stone fruit bitter with chewy tannins on the finish.
