Monday, June 15, 2015 - After 6 years this still retains a youthful cranberry hue from most every angle. Cinnamon, sandalwood, raspberry, earth, and cherry. No element of pine resin. It all translates cleanly on the palate. The mouthfeel is somewhat light. The quality of this wine is lacking, but it’s not without some rustic charm. Some slight sediment and a shadow on the shoulder. 13.9% alc. With pizza of mushroom, pepperoni and onions. Recommended with reservations.
