Saturday, May 4, 2013 - Consumed over 2 days, note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, green apple, lemon, butter, and a hint of licorice. Palate: Medium-full bodied, sweet creamy citrus attack with a big acidic attack mid-palate which dominates the back-end. Finish: Medium length sense of lemon and green apple.
