Thursday, October 20, 2022 - Fida's Private lunch with Philippe Guigal and Ralph Garcin (Gramercy Tavern): All all of the gamey-ness and somehow my mind wanted to say sanguine but it wasn't really bloody. Maybe just the essence somehow? It's an interesting one, but also quite enjoyable.
