Thursday, March 20, 2014 - It took around 30 mins to show its real character. Lovely wine. Zesty lemon with hint of passion fruit in taste. The long it breaths, the longer is the aftertaste, with a good balance of spice. The balance is good, particularly with the acidity. I this wine has reached it prime and start to run downhill pretty soon.
