Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Bright Ruby colour. Sharp nose of wet stone and wild flowers with bright cherry. Entry is lightweight but flavourful. Builds to a high acidity with spicy sharpness. This acidity will last a while. Nice with a spicy pork roast.
