Saturday, January 7, 2023 - The nose is pretty with notes of honey, citrus, cheese, hay, and green apples. It's mature and complex, but not tired. Good acidity on the palate with more lemon notes, apples, and more honey. Generally, the palate felt a bit fresher than the nose. Quite long finish. A very nice experience and a lovely wine that is definitely fully mature now.
