Sunday, August 14, 2022 - Simply wow. The very wet cork and break at the end when pulling had me worried. The initial bitterness kept my excitement in check. But 2 hours into the session, this beauty was dancing, light golden colour, honey apricot notes, dry balance with lingering acidity still. Might just hunt down another despite the cork risk
