Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Never had a 25 year old Zinfandel, and I must now wonder: why not?! This was exceptional. Deep garnet color had intense bricking, serious brown at the edges. Nevertheless, fruit was abundant and delicious. Tannin well integrated, aroma more complex than any other Zin I’ve ever had. Spicy aromatics, cinnamon, palate was packed with an array of fruit. Spot on, what a delight.
