Wednesday, November 15, 2017 - Surprisingly elegant and balanced, this is lovely in apple and brioche aromas and flavors. At the edges there are hints of stony minerality and nuttiness. This doesn't have the creamy mousse or fireworks of a great champagne, but I've certainly had many sparklers that cost more and taste far worse. For $8, this is outrageously good.
