Sunday, April 5, 2015 - Opened the last two for Easter dinner - grilled NZ lambchops. The first opened immediately. On this one the cork was half red. The second bottle was a bit funky on the first pour and the red barely penetrated the cork. After a couple of hours, the wines tasted the same. And they were excellent! Drink now - we do not see age improving these any further.
