Monday, April 23, 2007 - Had this straight out of the bottle at lunch (Fortnum & Mason). Great aromatics of raspberry, bacon and a hint of grass. On the palate it was tannic and acidic at first, but after 10 minutes of air rounded off very nicely with nice texture and length. You can drink this with pleasure now (30 minutes decanting recommended) or wait 2-3 years.
