Saturday, January 4, 2014 - Deep garnet colored. Aromas and flavors of pepper, olive, herbs and spice with hints of menthol. Ripe and fleshy and reasonably extracted, but it still retains elegance, balance and complexity. Ripe, chewy tannins - has the structure to go for a while but it's really delicious now.
