Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Rich and sombre colour, mature appearance; deep and warm nose, vinous, mature, toasted chestnuts, red meat, black olive, with subtle notes of black pepper, violets and cassis; rich and fleshy palate, ripe but lively acidity, largely resolved tannins still provide grip, rounded but sober and masculine, broad shoulders; good length. At restaurant 't Schulten Hues *, Zutphen, NL.
