Thursday, January 4, 2024 - Nose of cedar, spice box, dried flowers and liquorish. Nose was subtle but complex. Nose seemed to carry over to the pallet. Tannins are still there but relaxed and mostly out of the picture. Going strong after a couple hours. In a way strong but also delicate.

Bottle was double decanted to take to a regular tasting group. No one guessed the wine's age. About as old as a PS that I've had, not sure where it goes from here.
