Thursday, September 15, 2011 - North Shore Getaway; 9/15/2011-9/17/2011 (North Shore, MN): Pale gold color. Unaoked white burg. Lots of mineral and lemon on the nose with hints of grapefruit. Palate is consistent, lacks body and the finish is average and a bit bitter. Pleasant drinker off the list with seafood.
