Wednesday, June 24, 2015 - Brought this wine back from Vancouver and have had it in the cellar for about two years. This is a light Red Cabernet with lots of seed tannins. It really taste like a Beaujolais that you ran through cheese cloth with a crushed pomegranate. The fruit is very red and forward with astrid tannins that leave almost an alum taste on the tongue in the finish which sucks any life out of the fruit finish. We dumped it, so I think my 78 is fairly gracious to call this "average". We didn't even cook with it.
