Saturday, January 21, 2023 - Opened about two hours before dinner, then drunk over dinner with friends, no TN.
The color is very dark, so much that at first I thought it was over the hill and completely oxidised. Not at all: the nose was so clean and elegant, and the palate silky, deep and complex. This was wonderful and just a joy to drink.
