Friday, June 3, 2022 - Perfect cork, decanted 2 hrs prior into narrow decanter. Limited sediment. Served at 17C. Very slight bricking at edges. Mid to light mouthfeel. Limited bouquet. Delicious balance between red fruit, slight bramble with some structure. Drank with cote de veau, solid pairing but likely better with slightly stronger foil. Can be drunk now with pleasure; hopefully will gain bouquet in coming years!
