Wednesday, September 21, 2022 - Gorgeous from first pour. But I think I erred in that she was given a 5 hour double decant which wasn’t needed as some of the spice snd energy from the first sop was lost. Amend for the next bottle. Very calm and resolved already, possibly at peak.
