Thursday, July 11, 2019 - First taste of this was so so with too much oak inflected scents. After 30 minutes the wine comes together much better. Nice nose of white flowers and minerals. The palate is gentle and fleshy but is well balanced with flavors of apple, guava, and vanilla and additional nuance on the finish. Overall a very solid interpretation of CC drinking close to full maturity
