Monday, September 30, 2019 - Another good bottle of this. This is a very solid CC delivering all the basic goods you would expect in a slightly oaky but still enjoyable style. The nose is fresh lemon rinds, flowers and herbs. The palate is fleshy but balanced with hints of lemon, pomelo, minerals and toast. Finishes nicely if rather simply.
