Sunday, August 18, 2019 - Fourrier: PNP, opened a little fruit-bomby, almost like a Rochioli, nice hit of raspberry followed by plum; as it airs more complexity in the mid-palate and some distinctively Gevrey notes (brambles, white pepper). Followed over a couple more hours—very pure, clean throughout, fruit recedes, more complex burg appears. Glad I own more. Bought and cellared on release.
