Thursday, August 4, 2022 - Jason’s ‘top’ village Burgundy (67 Pall Mall, London): This needed a shake as too much CO2 which resulted in a pop, job done! Red fruited on the nose and came over as rich yet it remained graceful, really good concentration and purity. In a good spot. From Zalto Burgundy.
