Monday, March 13, 2023 - Coravin fun - Ridge range (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas initially that, with agitation, show a little alcohol prickle, vanilla, backing spices, muted black hued fruits; oak in the ascendancy here. Initially a fair like of oak on the palate as well then a slowing growing blackcurrant and cream note takes over. Gentle, slightly chalky rasp, long. Very good.
