Monday, December 30, 2013 - Clear and bright, pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and fully developed, showing medium intensity aromas of yeasts, green olives, almonds, lemon peel and hints of leather. It's dry in the mouth with a low acidity, low alcohol (for a fortified), medium- body and medium intensity flavours of green olives, almonds, yeasts and hints of leather. Medium finish. It's a very good quality wine with a decent concentration, finish and complexity provided by some tertiary aromas, however it should have even more concentration and complexity to be really outstanding. Drink now, not suitable for ageing.
