Friday, June 15, 2012 - A private dinner (Restaurant Boreas **, Heeze, Netherlands): Ripe, creamy, hint of honey, flowers, good fruit, lovely light touch in the oak treatment, nice touch of fat but elegant and with good minerality and length.
