Saturday, February 25, 2012 - Grand Tasting - La Paulee de San Francisco (Westin St. Francis - San Francisco CA): Ripe peach on nose with summer flowers and mint. Stone fruit start on palate with some lemon coming through in middle. Reasonable density and acidity, giving this moderate length. Probably a young drinking vintage for Mouches blanc.
