Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Rich gold in color.
Decanted and drank over four hours
Some citrus notes. Oyster shell, some sea.breeze
Acidity is still there. Lots of melon peel notes. Medium finish
Unripe yellow apple. Very nice wine and in its zone. Was great with Chinese takeout.
