Monday, October 22, 2012 - Pop/pour. Light straw in color. On the nose, honey, pears and and a bit of soapy florals. On the palate, great fruit depth kept lively by nicely balanced acidity. While this has smoothed out, it is showing no signs of decline, and in fact may continue to improve over the next couple of years.
