Saturday, July 15, 2017 - Opened about 20 minutes prior to serving. On the nose it already showed advanced age. Lots of black olive and hints of dry leather. Not much fruit. Texturally though, this was wonderful. There was a fine balance of acidity and tannins throughout. If there had been some fruit to support that, it could've been a great wine.
