Saturday, January 21, 2012 - Had this at a wine and dine pairing party and it was the star of the night. Showed really well, and stood up well to the chicken saltimbocca pairing. Wonderful, complex nose, well balanced, rich mouthfeel, and great finish. I should get more of this!
