  • Beautiful garnet color with brick at the edges. Classic Burgundy nose of cherries, earth, and barnyard, shaded with cedar and mushrooms. Wonderful follow through on the palate with plenty of fruit still in evidence, a mouth filling richness, and good balance. Not quite as much power as some of the better vintages, but overall this wine is a Burgundy lover's delight. Drinking perfectly now.

  • Had this at a wine and dine pairing party and it was the star of the night. Showed really well, and stood up well to the chicken saltimbocca pairing. Wonderful, complex nose, well balanced, rich mouthfeel, and great finish. I should get more of this!

  • The nose on this wine is complex with notes of cherries, earth and brown sugar, showing definite signs of aging - but still drinking quite well. Well balanced and a really long finish. For a premier cru, I'm surprised at how well this has held up. If you can find this wine, it's well worth the current price and then some. But it seems to be at its peak so drink up!

  • Color bright red with some limited bricking. Red fruit on nose with some interesting floral notes. Palate showed a bit darker fruit than the nose with really well integrated tannins and good acidity helping provide energy on finish. Exceeded my expectations.
