Friday, March 24, 2017 - My last bottle from a half-case purchased back in 2011. This continues to drink very nicely. Maybe slightly past its peak now - showing less fruit, but still quite elegant and complex for a Barossa Shiraz. Displays excellent depth and focus on the mid-palate. Deftly balanced, with a vibrant acidity and attractive notes of caramel, vanilla and spice on the long, polished finish. Delicious. 90+
