Sunday, October 16, 2011 - (13.5%) Like the Veramonte from Chile this one has proved to be a consistent winner from vintage to vintage. This is a forward wine with bright gooseberry flavors and a mouth coating (mineral tinged) lemon, lime acidity that leads to a crisp, dry, tangy finish. A pucker bomb for sure! This is certainly an excellent value for the price. A perfect summer wine or pair with the ceviche dish of your choice.
