Sunday, April 3, 2016 - I waited for three years and finally this beauty woke up again. Stunning balance, tannins are well integrated, the grenache fruit paired with the mineral taste and acidity make it seem much lighter than the 15.5% would suggest. Some first tertiary aromas are ermerging from the glass. It still has the liquorice, cacao, dark berries, pepper and garrigue herbs that made it so beautiful in it's youth. I'm so glad that everything comes so nicely together now after dull phase of 2-3 years. Looking forward to my remaining 10 bottles.
