Thursday, February 21, 2013 - I have always liked the Cedarman and this did not disappoint. Dark berry color with same fragrance on pouring. Big mouth feel. Tannins clearly in play, may soften a bit in a year or so, but not too drying. Alcohol obvious - perhaps a bit more than needed until it blows out of the glass. Big berry and earthy palate with the great spiciness that makes a zin a zin - for me. Medium to long finish. Glad I have 2 more to try over time.
