Wednesday, April 30, 2008 - Was worried it was corked when I first opened it, but that blew off quickly. Pale straw in color. Aromas of lime, chalk, and almonds. Flavors that were nutty, mineral, citrus (somewhere between lime and lemon). Chalky finish. Piercing quality to the flavors, not sharp but very intense. Had with citrus-rubbed salmon grilled on the bbq and an Asian spinach salad with orange and avocado--good pairing.
