Wednesday, November 14, 2018 - Coravin fun - Medoc check-in continues and ring in (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Savoury, woody, herbaceous, brambles, dry toast, sweet spice, almost a pot pourri note. In the mouth there is still plenty of tannin but the dark, dense, slightly brooding fruit, still travels long backed by cedar and a little baked earth. Yum.
