Friday, November 28, 2014 - Brought to the Milling Room. Fairly dark ruby. Nose of spice and dark fruits. This became more complex with air. Black cherry and spice on the palate with medium to long finish. Well balanced acidity. It went very well with the food. A powerful but elegant multifaceted wine.
