Sunday, April 18, 2021 - 2016 60%, with reserve. Placed in bottle 7/26/17. Disgorged Dec 18. Dosage 4-5 g.

Light golden with delicate bead.
Nose golden fruit and lemon, a light brioche and honey.
Palate golden honey, some lemony notes. Mineral, a brioche note. Nice depth and good richness.

Very nice NV champagne of some class, drinking very well now but can see this developing even more with a few more years
