Wednesday, November 24, 2010 - nose: rather rich, with toasted almonds and dense biscuit notes
palate: a lovely congruence of lemon peel (just a touch bitter, which is appreciated) and sweet apple in the midpalate, followed by a fairly long, sprightly finish. At the end, I get a little bit of appleseed. Really nice.
