Monday, November 12, 2012 - Disgorged 2007. Aromas of orchard fruit and some citrus with toast, honey and mineral notes. A touch of oxidized notes, but nothing distracting. Very good acidity with plenty of finesse and balance. I am really starting to grow quite fond of this producer.
