Friday, April 5, 2013 - Medium yellow gold with plenty of fine beads. This bottle has been kept for over 2 years since purchased and it showed for the better. Nose is still fresh but appears more complex with brioche, summer flowers, hazel but, citrus and baked apples. Medium (-) bodied with good acidity. Lovely elegant palate of red apples, pears, yeast, butter, chalk with hints of strawberries. Medium length.
